What is OpsMax Agency?

OpsMax Platform plus the OpsMax team, guided by Max. Talk to us to set up OpsMax Agency.

What can OpsMax see and do in the tools I connect?

The access you approve allows OpsMax to read your email, books and bot’s messages; anything more is its own setting, off until your company turns it on. Each tool in detail: Connections.

How is my company’s data protected?

It is encrypted in transit, and our database provider encrypts it at rest. Access by our staff is kept to what their work needs.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Does OpsMax hold a security certification?

No. OpsMax claims no security certification today.

Full terms

Who decides what Max drafts? You do. Max flags what needs you and drafts the next step. You stay in control: approve or discard every suggestion.

What can OpsMax see and do in the tools I connect? Your mailbox and books ask for access on the provider’s consent screen. Your messaging app takes a bot token you paste in instead. That access allows OpsMax to read your email, books and bot’s messages; anything more is its own setting, off until your company turns it on. Grants are stored encrypted. Each tool in detail: Connections.

How is my company’s data protected? Keeping each company’s records apart inside the database itself is not in place yet.

Is my data used to train AI models? Email from a mailbox you connect is not used to train AI models. Other company content is not used to train models.
